Need help paying your PNM electric bill? Call PNM at 505-967-8045 on Tuesdays through July 7, from 7:30 A.M. – 6 P.M., and provide digital copies of:

  • Proof of income and Identification of all living in the home
  • LIHEAP approval letter dated (2019/2020) from NM Dept. of Human Services
  • If there’s no income, provide proof of receiving food stamps
  • PNM bill
