NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
Input on Public Projects Sought for City of Lordsburg
Infrastructure and Capital Improvement Plan (ICIP)
The City of Lordsburg wishes to inform all interested parties that a public meeting will be held at 409 West Wabash, Lordsburg, NM the following date, time and location:
Wednesday, August 1, 2018 11:00 am City Hall Council Chambers
The purpose of this meeting is to seek input from the citizens of the City of Lordsburg on projects for inclusion in a local infrastructure capital improvement plan, a plan that establishes planning priorities for anticipated capital projects.
Capital projects may include but are not limited to the following areas: Administrative Facilities, Clean Energy, Streets, Roads, Sidewalks, Curbs, Gutters, Bridges, and Bicycle Facilities, Housing, Sewer Collection and Treatment, Storm and Surface Water Control, Water, Solid Waste, Public Utilities, Transit, Airports, Parks and Trails, Land and Site Acquisition, Community Service Facilities, Public Safety and Emergency, Libraries, Renovation, and Regional Projects.
The plan incorporates policy direction, funding time frames, estimated costs, justifications, and the details of each specific infrastructure capital improvement project proposed, by year, for a 5 year period.
