In the coming weeks, the City of Lordsburg will be conducting regular maintenance of our water distribution system. This will include the flushing of fire hydrants. This could lead to discolored water for residents and businesses. Although the water is safe to drink, the City recommends waiting to wash laundry until after the water clears. The discoloration should disappear within 24 hours. If it does not, call the City at 575-542-3421.
