VII. PUBLIC COMMENT

VIII. EXECUTIVE SESSION
Pursuant to Section 10-15-1 the following matters may be discussed in closed session:
• Motion and roll call vote to go into executive session and that, pursuant to New Mexico State Statute 1978 Section 10-15-1, only the following matters will be discussed in closed session:
a.) Closed session pursuant to NMSA 1978, Section 10-15-1H(2), to discuss limited personnel matters.

• Motion to return to regular session.
