There may be a quorum of City Councilors attending the Warming/ Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for State Representative Luis Terrazas and Senator Gabriel Ramos event on Friday, January 9th, 2026, between the hours of 4:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
